First time at Maples, wonderful experience! The food and service were great. My order was the Western Omelette with a few additional toppings (light toppings requested), it came with home fries (requested well done) and toast. The omelette was absolutely delicious as was the entire dish. For a starter, we ordered fried mozzarella. They were square shaped and covered in marinara sauce, never seen them presented as such but they tasted amazing. The ginger ale tasted like seltzer water but that was nothing compared to the rest of the experience. Although, I did feel like we were seated a little too close to the other guests as the restaurant was quite empty. Otherwise, we had a lovely time!

We called shortly before arriving with a party of 13. They took us with no problem. Every part of the experience was terrific. The server was excellent and adjusted her style to make it fun for the group. Service was very quick and the food was really good. Far better than I anticipated. Dishes were cleared quickly and efficiently (a pet peeve of mine being a chef in the industry.) I even walked into the kitchen to thank the chef, only to find out the owner was cooking that night. A great experience and highly recommended. Our group will be back. Thanks team Maples

This was an excellent pit-stop on our road trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, and the interior was a cozy feel. Food came out very quickly, but was still super tasty and well-cooked. Very fair prices and a large parking lot.

Environment was cozy, our server Christina was nice 👍🏾, our food was very good except the side of corned beef hash. It was burnt and you could taste the burnt flavor. I had the Italian omelette which was very good, the home fries were cooked well, my wife had the waffle with blueberries and strawberries which she enjoyed very much. I had a Bloody Mary which was phenomenal and my wife had an Irish coffee which she loved

It's definitely a restaurant with an Older/Generational crowd, very low key for a spot that serves alcohol early morning and with me working 3rd shift that's the kind of spot I'm looking for after I punch out at 7am. The food is definitely delicious, I've been here several times and I haven't had a bad thing to say about the place at all. Fast service, amazingly kind waitresses and a good amount of parking. I would recommend it for sure.
