Milwaukee Essentials

Shambhala Center of Milwaukee is a meditation center in Milwaukee offering public meditation, spiritual teachings in the Shambhala and Buddhist traditions, and a community for practitioners. We provide weekly events, including Shambhala Café, and foster exploration of mindfulness and meditation. We also host Queer Dharma Milwaukee each month.
