Our "L'Originel" beer range is brewed following our own recipes inspired by brewing traditions. We use locally sourced malts and our beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized, with natural refermentation in the bottle. We also make artisanal pasta from "barbu du Roussillon" ancient wheat grown in North Catalonia.
